One Price. Every Framework.
No modules to buy. No add-ons, no tiers, no surprise line items when your needs change. One annual price covers Title IX, Title VI, and ADA/504 — priced against the risk it removes. A single OCR action costs an institution $15,000 to $100,000 in outside counsel fees before anything is resolved.
Individual Schools

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Everything. That's the whole model.
Equilly is one platform, sold whole. Every institution gets every capability and every framework we cover — there is no version of Equilly with pieces missing, and nothing here is sold separately.

sexual harassment
• Title VI — race, color, and national origin
• ADA / Section 504 — disability
Capabilities
• Decision engine — encoded directly from the regulations, producing documented, audit-ready findings in minutes
• AI complaint portal — guides complainants through their rights step by step, logging every action and triggering every required notification
• AI help desk — plain-language answers grounded in current regulation, available whenever your staff needs them
• Proactive compliance audit — surfaces gaps before a complaint is ever filed
• Full-investigation allowance included, with routine determinations unlimited, including AI powered auto report creator.
WHAT'S LIVE TODAY
Built, not promised.
Available now — Title IX. Our Title IX decision engine is encoded from 34 C.F.R. Part 106 and running in production today.
Arriving by the end of 2026 — Title VI and ADA/504.
Both are being built into the same platform, released to every customer as part of the same subscription. Institutions that come on board now receive them automatically when they launch, at no additional cost and with no change to their agreement.
You are not buying a starter tier and upgrading later. You are buying the platform, and the platform keeps growing.
ALREADY USING A CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?
Nothing has to change on day one.
Many institutions already run a conduct or case-management system for Title IX and aren't looking to replace it. You don't have to.
You can skip the portal and integrations and manually upload a case, run your case through our system to ensure the right application of the law, and export and store the file in whatever system your institution currently uses.
Equilly covers the frameworks those systems generally don't — Title VI and ADA/504 — so you can close a real gap without touching anything that's working. The Title IX module can stay switched off, and switched on whenever you're ready. Because it's already included, activating it later is a setting, not a purchase, a budget request, or a new contract.
Adopt at the pace your office can absorb.
HOW PRICING WORKS
Two things determine your number.
1. Enrollment. Every segment is banded by size, so a 400-student charter school and a 40,000-student district are never quoted from the same sheet.
2. Case volume. Every plan includes a full-investigation allowance sized to your institution. Routine determinations — the day-to-day questions your coordinators face — are unlimited and never metered.
That's it. There is no module math, no per-seat pricing, and no per-user fees. Add coordinators, deans, investigators, and counsel at no additional cost.
All plans are annual. Pilot deployments are available for institutions that want to run Equilly on live matters before committing platform-wide.
